Adding Lab Calendars
The Tech Office has created a Lab Scheduling tool which uses Google Calendar. Please check for availability using your Google Calendar.
The SAES calendars can be found under Add a coworker's calendar" > Browse resources. Please see screenshots below.
- Click the + icon next to "Add a coworker's calendar".
- Choose "Browse resources"
- Check the box next to the DHA lab that you would like to view in Google Calendars.
- Click the back button next to Settings.
- Double click on the open block that you would like to reserve and add your name to the end and click Save.
IMPORTANT:
During MAP testing the Admin and Counseling teams advise as to which labs will be blocked out for testing.
