Go to the new web-based MAP site - https://teach.mapnwea.org/
Click “Forgot Username or Password?”
Enter your SAES email address.

Check your email, follow the link and set your password.  
IMPORTANT: Make your password something you can remember.  You will be using this account to login to create test sessions and proctor the tests in the lab.

Click “Manage Test Sessions”.

Click “Find Students to Test”.

Choose Dhahran Middle School, your name, and select one of your classes based on the MAP Schedule 2017 Fall.  Click “Search”.

Click “Add Students”

Remove SST students who will be testing in a separate location.  Use the Student MAP Accommodations document to check for SST students in your grade level.

Click the “Save Session” button and name it with the same Section Number from the MAP Schedule 2017 Fall document.  For example, CagerY6C.  By saving it, you or someone else can use this testing session at a later time.


Create a test session for each unique group of students you will be proctoring tests for.

Grade 5 teachers should name their test sessions with the Subject + Teacher’s Last Name.  For example, Reading Rucki.
