PS Learning: Copy Class from Previous Year
If you are using an existing PS Learning class for the upcoming year, you can simply "Save As" for the upcoming school year. Please follow the directions below in order to take your class from the 17-18 school year and copy to the 18-19 school year.
2. From your PS Learning Portal click on "My Classes"
3. In "My Classes" from previous school year choose the class you wish to copy
4. Once you have the correct year, click manage class and save as
5. Choose assignments, discussions and assessments. The default google drive option is correct, so no need to change.
6. Just add the school year at the end of the url, as this needs to be unique. Make sure that it is in the current school year.
7. Once you click save it will create the copied class. It may take some time to transfer the data from one class to another depending on the amount.
