No Sound

You will see the sound icon in the bottom right hand corner of your computer screen. 

Steps to troubleshoot

1. Make sure that the icon is not muted (red line through)
2. If not we need to make sure that you have the correct output device chosen.
3. Right Click the icon and select playback devices

      4. You are able to right click and test any device in this window.

      5.  After you hear the test bells, choose that device by right click and choosing set as default device.
