Step #1 Enterprise Mobility (Getting Aramco Email on iOS Device)
In order to continue getting your Aramco email on a mobile device you will need to fill out a CRM request and then add an app to your iPhone/iPad. Below are the instructions for the CRM. Once approved the user will receive an email with step by step instructions for downloading and installing the “Intelligent Hub” app from the App Store.
To request access to the "Enterprise Mobility" solution please follow the following steps.
1. Log into a Corporate Kiosk and go to MyHome
2. Search for "Enterprise Mobility" and click on the following link
3. Click on Request and then Accept
4. You will be at the CRM request. Click on the highlighted area and enter your badge number and click search. Then click your name and in the justification type "Mobile access temporarily blocked, need access from home, work and travel." Then click submit
5. Processing takes about one business day. After you have been approved, you will receive an email on your corporate email (kiosk) that has step by step directions on how to download and configure the boxer app to enable mobile Aramco email.
